Age Limit: Candidates
upper age limit must be 45 years for Sr. No. 2, 4, 6, 8 to 12 posts
& 50 years for remaining posts. Age relaxations for SC/ST/OBC
(NCL)/PWD/ Ex-servicemen candidates will be as per Government
Guidelines.
Educational Qualifications:
Candidates must possess Graduate Degree in any discipline with CA/ ICWA
for Sr. No. 1, 2, 8 posts, Graduate Degree in any discipline with a
regular PG Degree/ Diploma (two years) in PM&IR/ MBA with
specialization in HR from a recognized university/ Institute for Sr. No.
3, 4 posts, BE/ B. Tech in Engineering/ Pulp & Paper Technology/
Mechanical/ Electrical from a recognized university/ Institute for Sr.
No. 5, 6, 9, 10 posts, Graduate Degree in any discipline with a regular
PG Degree/ PG Diploma (2 years) in Materials Management/ Inventory
Management/ E-Commerce or equivalent for Sr. No. 7 posts, BE/ B. Tech./
M. Sc. in IT/Computer Science from a recognized university/ Institute
for Sr. No. 11 posts & BE/ B. Tech. in Civil/ Structural Engineering
from a recognized university/ Institute for Sr. No. 12 posts.
Application Fee:
Candidates belonging to General and OBC (NCL) category are required to
pay fee of Rs.500/- by DD / Pay Order drawn in favor of Nepa Limited
payable at Nepanagar (MP). Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD categories
are exempted from payment of application fee.
Selection Process: Selection will be made through interview of shore listed candidates.

Candidates should submit their application only in the prescribed format
attached/ as shown in the notification/ can be downloaded from the
website www.nepamills.co.in. Candidates have to submit application form
duly signed and by affixing latest passport size photograph along with
attested true copies of the age, caste, all certificates/ testimonials,
experience and all other certificates must be sent in sealed envelope
subscribing “Application for the post of ____” to the Manager (P&A),

within 15 days (7 days more in respect of candidates from far flung
