posts of “Deputy Advisers” General Central Services (GCS), Group ‘A’ on
the Promotion/ Deputation (including short term contract)

[One Post each for all Discipline – Minerals, Consumer Industries, Education, Multi Level Planning, Project Appraisal, Voluntary Action Cell, Animal Husbandry, Chemicals, Scientific Reasearch, Water Supply, Monitoring Power, Power, Energy Survey, Monitoring Agriculture, Social Development, Irrigation, Monitoring Coal-Petroleum, Social Planning].
Educational Qualification/ Eligibility Criteria
(i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/ department ; or
(ii) with five years’ regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts in the Pay Band – 3, Rs. 15,600/- to Rs. 39,100/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 6,600/- or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and
(iii) Possessing the prescribed Educational Qualification.

Age Limit & Relaxation
The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation (including short term contract) shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of the receipt of applications.
Pay Scale/ Scale
Interested Candidates may apply with two copies of the complete Bio-data along with the Annual Confidential Reports Dossier for the preceding five years’ duly attested by a Officer alongwith Vigilance Clearance, Integrity Certificate, statement of minor/ major penalty, if any, imposed on the officer during the service may be sent through proper channel with attested photocopies of the relavent testimonials/ certificates relating to educational qualifications, date of birth, experience, category (SC/ ST/ OBC), etc. and forward it to “The Under Sectretary (Admn. - Selection for the posts will be made by UPSC.
- The short listed candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Test/ Trade Test/ Practical/ Skill Test/ Interviews, which might be conducted by the administration.
